This Privacy Policy explains how Menu & Order ("the platform", "we") processes data belonging to our business customers and their end customers. Menu & Order is a software platform providing QR menu, table-side online ordering, and restaurant/café operations management services.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following information from customers who create a business account:

• Business name, address, phone, and contact details
• Authorized person's first name, last name, and email address
• Subscription and billing information (card details are processed through a secure payment provider and never stored on our side)
• Platform usage data (order counts, menu content, table/QR data)

End customers using the QR menu are never asked for an account or any personal information. Ordering is done anonymously, based only on the table number.

3. Purpose of Data Use

• Providing and maintaining the service
• Carrying out subscription and billing processes
• Handling customer support requests
• Improving and securing the platform

4. Data Sharing

Collected data is never shared with third parties except where legally required. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant, secure payment infrastructure providers; card details are never stored on Menu & Order servers.

Your data is transmitted over encrypted (TLS) connections and protected with industry-standard security measures. Access is limited to authorized personnel only.
