1. Service Description

Menu & Order is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform offering QR digital menus, table-side ordering, service management, and reporting for restaurants, cafés, bistros, and bakeries. Customer meal payments are always made at the business's location; only the businesses' own subscription fees are collected through the platform, via our contracted payment provider PayTR.

2. Account Creation and Subscription

• A business account is required to use the service.
• New accounts start with a 7-day free trial.
• At the end of the trial, unless canceled, the fee for the selected plan is charged automatically from the saved payment method, and the subscription renews automatically every month until the user cancels.
• The subscription can be canceled anytime from the "Subscription" section of the business panel.

3. Payment and Billing

If a payment fails, the user is notified. If payment isn't completed within the given grace period, the account is suspended; it is automatically reactivated once payment succeeds.

4. User Obligations

• The business is responsible for the accuracy of the menu, prices, and content uploaded to the platform.
• The user is responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential.
• The platform may not be used for illegal or abusive purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Menu & Order is not a payment intermediary for orders placed between businesses and their customers; fulfillment of order payments is strictly between the business and its end customer. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service but exercises reasonable care.

6. Changes

These terms of use may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
