Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Menu & Order as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity and contact data: name, surname, email, phone
• Business data: business name, address, working hours
• Financial data: subscription and billing information
• Transaction security data: IP address, session logs

3. Purposes of Processing

• Fulfilling contractual obligations (providing the SaaS service)
• Carrying out subscription and auto-renewal processes
• Customer relationship management and support
• Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Data Transfer

Your personal data may be shared with our service providers only where necessary for the service (hosting, payment infrastructure, email communication) and with authorized public institutions when legally required.

5. Your Rights Under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it's used accordingly
• Request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly
• Request deletion or destruction
• Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
