Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer: The individual or legal entity ("Business") who creates a membership on menuandorder.com and purchases a subscription plan.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, under Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and performance of the subscription package — consisting of a QR menu, table-side online ordering, and a business management panel — that the Buyer orders electronically from the Seller's menuandorder.com.

3. Nature and Delivery of the Service

The product sold is not a physical good but a software service (SaaS) delivered instantly in electronic form. The service is considered delivered the moment payment or the trial is confirmed and the Buyer's business panel account is activated. No shipping or physical delivery is involved.

4. Price and Payment

The subscription fee varies by the plan the Business selects in the panel; current prices are published at menuandorder.com/#fiyatlar. Payments are collected through the Seller's contracted payment provider PayTR, from the Buyer's saved card, on a monthly basis. Card details are never stored on the Seller's servers.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts on services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly in electronic form. Instead, the Seller offers a 7-day free trial with no card information required for any new subscription; no fee is charged to the Buyer as long as no payment is made during the trial.

6. Termination and Cancellation

The Buyer may cancel their subscription anytime from the "Subscription" section of the business panel. Cancellation does not prevent use of the service until the end of the current paid period; the subscription is not renewed after that period ends. 7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the Consumer Arbitration Committees, per thresholds announced by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts at the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence.
